Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your NOT. Broccoli subscription at any time โ€” no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Simply log in to your account, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and click Cancel. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll still receive any order that's already been processed.

Modifications: You can also pause, skip, or change your delivery frequency at any time from your account dashboard.

Refunds: If a subscription order has already shipped, it falls under our standard return and refund policy. Unshipped orders that are canceled will be fully refunded.
